Mondial Spa & Beauté 2008 :

A rich conference program

Two simultaneous conference cycles were offered to the trade show participants. Numerous (almost 50) and diverse in terms of thematic content, multi-national origin of the guest speakers, and bilingual in format (in English and French), these free conferences appealed to a wide audience.

Organized by Dominique Dethan (Ness Magazine), the Spa conferences covered the latest trends in the Day Spa domain as well as the current innovations in the Resort Spa, the important role marketing holds in project development, and the limits and challenges involved in the other sectors of the Spa world that are dedicated to Wellness (Beauty Institutions and Medicine, in particular).

They were also proud to host Madame Régine Ferrère, General Delegate of the CNEP (Confédération Nationale de l'Esthétique et de la Parfumerie), who shared the results of the monumental Wellness and Beauty Market Study realized by CREDOC. This broad study initiated by the CNEP and carried out in partnership with OPCALIA, set out to define the current and future contours of supply and demand in France and abroad. The challenges and future opportunities were brilliantly explained for optimizing future preparation and expectations of all professionals in the Beauty and Wellness industries.
